Who are We?

DAVID S. ALMONTE, the company’s president, is a native of the Dominican Republic. He is very knowledgeable about the local real estate laws and regulations. In less than 15 years, his personal assets grew from an $18,000 per year teacher's salary in New York City to a portfolio consisting of several prime real estate holdings in both the Dominican Republic and the U.S. Besides his more than 15 years of experience as an investor, David has been a builder and developer in the Dominican Republic for more than 15 years.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York, College At Old Westbury, a Master of Science degree in Education from Long Island University, and a Jurist Doctorate from the British American University School of Law.

SIMON BOLIVAR AGUASVIVAS a lead architect and a partner in this project, is a Licensed Architect and is certified by the Dominican College of Engineers, Architects, and Surveyors. He has more than 20 years of experience as a designer, builder, and developer, as well as experience creating construction budgets and cost analyses. Mr. Aguasvivas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture from UCATESI, a prestigious university in La Vega, Dominican Republic.
